VENDOR PARTICIPATION CHECKLIST SPACE Requirements: A standard space is approximately 10’ x 10’ and comes with one 8’ table. Please list special requirements for your booth.
ELECTRICITY: Electrical outlet available with maximum 10amp load for $50 additional fee Please indicate if you need electricity and what you will be using it for i.e. computers, etc. The vendor must bring in all extension cords and power strips.
SET-UP: Vendors may set up on the event day after 8AM and should complete by 11 AM. Volunteers will be at the site to direct you to your location. Vehicles should be unloaded promptly removed from grounds and then parked in the designated vendor parking area. Please be considerate of those around you while unloading.
BREAKDOWN: All vendors should breakdown, and remove all trash prior to bringing their vehicles on to our premises for loading. A dumpster will be supplied for trash.
CHECK-OUT: All vendors please check-out with a volunteer at the registration desk prior to leaving the site.
VENDOR’S LIABILITY: Vendor assumes the entire liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of the vendor's activities, vendor's employees or agents’ activities or activities of anyone visiting the booth. The vendor expressly releases The Hindu Temple of Woodlands, its directors, officers, agents and employees as well as those persons managing the event from all such claims for property damage or personal injury arising in connection with the vendor's use of the site.
